# kuhteilen.ch — full agent guide

## What the site is
kuhteilen.ch is a Swiss crowdbutchering shop run by Kuhteilen Beef GmbH in Zurich.
Customers reserve a share (Paket) of a specific live animal — identified by its ear tag
(Ohrmarke), breed, age and farm — on the product page. When 100% of an animal is
shared, it is slaughtered, dry-aged where applicable, portioned and shipped frozen or
fresh to every shareholder. Prices are in CHF including the chosen package size
(small/large packages per animal). Shipping covers Switzerland; see
/lieferung_versand for delivery windows and costs.

## How buying works for a human
1. Pick an animal/package on a product page (/products/<slug>).
2. Add it to the cart (/cart).
3. Checkout requires an account: /register creates one, /login for returning users.
There is no guest checkout and no machine-order API.
4. Payment options are shown at /payment; delivery address is collected at /delivery.

## Machine-readable surface
- /products.json — JSON catalogue: name, description, price (CHF), availability,
  sku, image, product URL, updatedAt.
- /products.xml and /products.csv — same catalogue as XML/CSV.
- /pages.rss — RSS 2.0 feed of news, recipes and site updates.
- /sitemap.xml — XML sitemap of all indexable pages.
- /openapi.json — OpenAPI 3.0 description of the public GET endpoints.
- /.well-known/api-catalog — RFC 9727 linkset catalog of the above.
- /.well-known/agent-skills/index.json — what an agent can do here.
- /.well-known/auth.md — authentication details.
- /.well-known/security.txt — contact for automated-access issues.

## Conventions an agent should know
- Every product page carries schema.org Product + Offer JSON-LD with price,
  priceCurrency CHF, availability and sku.
- Every news/recipe page carries Article JSON-LD with datePublished/dateModified.
- The homepage answers `Accept: text/markdown` with a Markdown rendering.
- Forms use standard HTML autocomplete tokens.
- Availability on animals means "shares still open" — OutOfStock means the animal
is fully shared, not that the shop is closed.
